Dozens of University of Southern California students have filed a federal complaint with the Department of Education alleging that the school failed to follow through when women reported being raped on campus. The complaint characterizes the School's handling of the cases as "bungled," and "mishandled." The allegations include campus police telling alleged rape victims that if their attacker did not orgasm, it did not qualify as rape.
A group of both male and female students who have been sexually assaulted at USC have joined together as a group called the Student Coalition Against Rape, or "SCAR."
