Yesterday, June 18, 2012, Manly & Stewart recovered 2 million dollars on behalf of sexual abuse victim John TH Doe, on the first day of trial. Plaintiff TH is presently a Lt. The suit was against the alleged sexual abuser, Fr. Michael Harris, and his then-employers the Roman Catholic Bishop of Orange (Diocese of Orange) and Mater Dei High School.
John Manly and
Vince Finaldi, the attorneys at Manly & Stewart who handled the case, were honored to have been able to represent this decorated military pilot and war hero, helping to bring him justice for the crime inflicted upon him at such a young age.
